I recently attended on of your auctions and I just want to say how impressed I was with the way your company handled the auction.  There were multiple tracts which could be combined into many different possibilities for purchase as well as buying the property in its entirety.  I always knew exactly where the bids were, who was in the lead and what was needed for the other combinations to bid if they wanted to become the purchaser.  I think the auction took right at 1 hour to complete and the final purchase price was above what I expected the property to bring.
