Agriculture runs deep for Larry Jordan, sharing a farming background amongst his clients, he understands the challenges of the agriculture industry. With over 55 years at the Halderman Companies, Larry has obtained an immense amount of knowledge and experience while also witnessing the market trends and land values.

Larry graduated from Purdue University earning a Bachelor of Science degree in Agricultural Economics. In addition, he has completed several post graduate courses and seminars pertaining to real estate and appraisals. He is also an active member of the Indiana Society of Farm Managers and Rural Appraisals. He proudly serves clients of the North Central Indiana area and continues to provide solutions to meet their farm needs – whether that’s farm management, a sale or an appraisal.

When our father passed away in March, we were a bit lost and confused on what to do next.  With advise and conversation from our professional team of advisors, we were able to put a plan in place that was acceptable to my three sisters and myself.  An important part of that team was Halderman Real Estate and Larry Jordan.

Larry was absolutely wonderful to work with. All of my sisters and myself had been away from farming for years.  Obviously, a lot has changed over that time.  Larry explained things to us in a language we could understand.  He guided us from the appraisal up through the auction and closing.  Thanks to his leadership and efforts, we experienced a successful auction.  The entire Halderman team did an excellent job of marketing the farm, as well as promoting the sale with local and non-local parties that might have an interest.
